Today’s AFC East Headlines

Three of the AFC East teams signed their first round picks as training camp gets underway. The Miami Dolphins have agreed to terms with their first round pick, Tedd Ginn Jr. The New England Patriots have signed their first round pick, Brandon Meriweather. And finally, the Bills inked their first pick of the draft, Marshawn Lynch.

In related news, the Jets’ first round pick is still unsigned and did not report to the first day of camp, breaking their 9 year streak of having first rounders report to the first day of camp.

Already slim at the CB position with the absence of Asante Samuel, the New England Patriots carted Chad Scott off the practice field on the first day of training camp. It appears to be a problem with his left knee.

The Bills have the NFL’s toughest schedule, and it’s going to seem even tougher if Losman and Price can’t stay healthy
