ROY Odds

Covers.com, an online sportsbook, has published the odds of players to win the Rookie of the Year award. The AFC East teams had three of their picks make the list (listed in the order they were drafted):

Ted Ginn, Jr., WR, Miami Dolphins (+1300)

Marshawn Lynch, RB, Buffalo Bills (+700)

Paul Posluszny, LB, Buffalo Bills (+2100)

Fans of the Jets and Patriots shouldn’t be worried that their teams tanked the draft. The ROY award is biased heavily towards offensive players, particularly QB, RB, and WR.
